RESERVATION POLICY

Call or e-mail to check room availability. To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit or one-night minimum is required. We accept personal checks or money orders (U.S. only), travelers checks, or cash. Deposit to be sent by mail and is refundable if cancelled 14 days in advance of reservation date ($10 CANCELLATION FEE). If reservation date does not allow time to send an advance deposit by mail, we will accept a Mastercard or VISA card to guarantee the room. However, your room will not be charged to the card; we do not accept credit cards for room payment. We will confirm receipt of your deposit via e-mail or, in the U.S. only, by phone, if preferred.

Rates include a full breakfast, bed linens, towels, soap, and complimentary beverages upon arrival.

*A state room tax of 7% will be added to the above rates. Rates subject to change.

	Our private guest suite on the second level has two bedrooms, one large bathroom in the hall, and a spacious TV room. These accommodations are ideal for a traveling party of one to five people. We do not have proper accommodations for guests under 12 years old.

CHECK-IN IS 4-6 p.m. and CHECK-OUT is 10 a.m. UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE IN ADVANCE.
